 From
the moment we first mentioned the idea of having a reception at
Taurus following our Civil Partnership Ceremony on 21st December
we knew we were in for a day to remember. I came back to Paul
with Mike's reply: 'We'll do something really
special' - and you certainly did!
A wonderful dinner was followed by
a somewhat manic party attended by the Manchester Lesbian and
Gay chorus and later by the
S.L.U.T.S. All our guests, a really diverse
bunch, enjoyed every minute. Paul's dad, who was concerned
about going to the village has since asked us to invite him and
Trish along the next time we go for a meal - that's what I call
success!
Very professional, providing the relaxed
sophistication we
wanted for the reception, and the fun we needed to help us unwind
with our friends afterwards. Taurus Bar and the entire staff
are a credit not only to the village but to the City of Manchester
itself.
